Year of birth: 2022
Maturation: February to June 25) aged in French (50%) and American (50%) oak barrels. The wood burning was carried out by Fassbinder workshops at the request of our winemaker, who worked exclusively for this winery. Bottled: February 15, 2022.
Tasting notes: the appearance of the wine is characterized by a bright, medium-intense red. Notes of red fruits such as currants, raspberries and strawberries are felt in the taste. There are also floral shades and subtle nuances of vanilla and cocoa, which give the wine oak notes. The wine tastes very fruity, with sweet and refined tannins. The bright acidity in the aftertaste makes it very pleasant and easy to drink.
The wine is naturally stabilized; it is possible that sediment is present.
Food recommendation: roast duck, grilled salmon, risotto with mushrooms, chicken baked with herbs and soft, earthy cheese, so that the complexity of the wine can unfold in combination with refined, refined cuisine.
