Tasting notes: 100% of this wine was 18 months in new French oak barrels and at the request of our winemaker, specially designed and toasted inside by the cooperage.

Appearance: brick red colour. The aroma is very complex, with pronounced notes of ripe red fruits, such as raspberry and cherry, combined with hints of spices, truffles and flowers. Aging in oak barrels imparts vanilla and chocolate notes to the wine. The taste is very pleasant, with sweet and refined tannins. This is a persistent and elegant wine with good aging potential.
The wine is naturally stabilized; sediment may be present.

Recommended food: Red meat, greens, pickled red cabbage.
