Vinification: Cold maceration for 3 days, followed by 13 days of fermentation and 7 days of post-fermentative maceration with a submerged cap. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts and enzymes. Malolactic fermentation is conducted in oak barrels with inoculated lactic bacteria.
Aging: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels with custom-defined toast levels.
Tasting Notes: Expressive aromas of red fruits, spices, and leather. On the palate, it exhibits a sophisticated structure, full body, and a memorable, long-lasting finish.
Food Pairing: Patagonian lamb, Bolognese sauce, dark chocolate (70%).
