Aging: The cuvée was created by the selection of different barrels and grape varieties, which were stored for a week in a stainless steel tank and then refilled in the same French oak barrels, where it remained for 18 months until bottling.
Tasting notes: Visually, this wine presents itself in an intense, bright, deep red. On the nose, it unfolds an elegant and complex bouquet with pronounced notes of spices, anise, mint and eucalyptus, accompanied by fine hints of leather and chocolate, which come from aging in oak barrels. On the palate it is very complex with pleasant tannins, moderate acidity and ripe fruit aromas. This wine has an excellent aging potential, is full-bodied and persistent.
It is naturally stabilized; therefore, there may be traces of sediment.
