Vinification: A brief maceration of the skins for the extraction of the varietal aromas precedes the soft pressing of the grapes. Fermented in barrel. The wine is aged in wood, on the lees for 9 months with weekly batonnage.
Tasting Notes: The colour is straw-yellow with golden and greenish reflexes; on the nose it recalls white flowers, with light and fragrant notes of yeast and hazelnut. Flavour is silky and velvety, fresh and soft, with a remarkable structure and power.
Food pairing: Accompanies fish and shellfish dishes, exceptional with oysters. Ideal with elaborate dishes with truffle or mushrooms. Superb paired with artichokes.
