Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation was completed in steel, at controlled temperature, with frequent pump over. Maceration post-fermentation is carried out for about 3 weeks. Matured in wood for 4 months.
Tasting Notes: Elegant, medium-bodied red wine with notes of fresh cherry combined with ripe berry and spicy flavors. On the palate is fruity with soft integrated tannins.
Food pairing: Shiraz is a perfect wine to pair with red meat, such as beef, lamb and venison. Ossobuco or slow roasted lamb are a good combination.
