Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation was completed in steel, at controlled temperature. Fermentation is stopped at an early stage to obtain low alcohol content and sugar residual.
Tasting Notes: Full aroma of Muscat, with notes of yellow peach, lime blossom, sage and honey. The delicate sweetness is balanced by fresh citrus and floral notes.
Food pairing: Serve as a apéritif or as a semi sweet wine after dinner. Enjoyed on its own or paired with a selection of cheeses or desserts.
