Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation was completed in steel, at controlled temperature, with frequent pump-over. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrels. Aged in wood for 6 months. Bottled in late spring.
Tasting Notes: The colour is purple red, the aromas of plum blend with warm hints of coffee and chocolate. The taste is complex with an elegant, soft and creamy tannin. The length leaves notes of cinnamon and coffee.
Food pairing: It goes perfectly with game and red meats. Good paring with lamb or aged cheese
