A wine with which we invite you to cover your eyes to feel and discover the freshness of its tempranillo variety. Its name comes from childhood memories, when we played to find ourselves with our eyes covered, moments full of breezes, earth, snacks, breakfasts, sun, bicycle, tears, grandparents, grape harvest, grapes. It has violet tones, bright with medium robe.

Aroma: Predominance of red fruit with floral notes, dairy memories with subtle touch of scrubland that gives it very elegant herbaceous character notes.
Taste: Tense, with great acidity. Fat and round center of mouth with notes of well assembled aging without losing the prominence of the fruit.
Pairing: Tasty and sweet, sweet tannins well polished, certain vegetal nuances vegetal nuances that provide rusticity and a long and balanced finish.
Maturing: Fermentation for 10 days low temperature. The aging is carried out in used French barrels and new 3000-liter vats for a minimum of 9 months. Natural stabilization by cooling and light filtering prior to bottling.
