Ideal with: Saddle of lamb, with spicy steaks and game dishes.
Winemaking: In Baden it is a centuries-old tradition to expand the “red” in wooden barrels. The red wine blend was developed with great effort and a lot of patience. After the must fermentation with a long retention time, this red wine matured in large oak barrels for 12 months.
