Gewürztraminer, also called Roter Traminer, is a noble white wine grape with reddish berries.

Characteristic: Golden reflections shine from the glass. The scent is lush, mineral and rich in full aromas of quince and delicate rose petals. Part of the wine was matured in oak barrels. Hence an opulent, filling, long-lasting pleasure on the palate.
Ideal with: Soups and consommé. With strong terrines of game, poultry and fish. Also fits just like that as an aperitif wine or to read a good book!
