Clonakilty Double Oak Cask is the flagship of Clonakilty’s cask series.
This is a mature premium blend of single grain and Clonakilty Distillery’s Single Pot Still whiskey, which was named World’s Best Irish New Make Single Pot Still at the World Whiskies Awards in 2020.

Clonakilty Double Oak is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks, virgin American oak and shaved and re-toasted European oak casks.
The result is a truly exceptional and well-rounded whiskey, showcasing the expertise and craftsmanship of Clonakilty Distillery.
Nose: soft spices, vanilla, fresh cut grass, slightly perfumed, ripe apple/pear notes. Fresh leather tones.
Palate: warm spices – cubeb pepper and ginger, hazelnut and almond notes.
Finish: long finish with vanilla sweetness and spices lingering on the palate.
