Authentic premium Caribbean rum distilled from sugar cane. Aged for 12 years in charred European oak barrels.
The oak tree itself had to grow for more than 100 years, and the wood for making the barrel was naturally dried outside for at least 2 years.
Equalization takes place exclusively in wooden vats. The filtering is a strictly guarded company secret.
In the aroma we feel caramel and vanilla. The taste reflects smoky oak and honey. The aftertaste is complex with hints of spice and chocolate
