This premium genuine Caribbean rum is made by distilling sugar cane. It is matured for 15 years in fired European oak barrels. The oak itself must have grown for more than 100 years and the wood for the barrel must have been naturally dried outdoors for at least 2 years. Execution takes place exclusively in wooden vats. The method of filtration is a closely guarded company secret.
