Rheintaler farmer mustard impresses with its balance in the interplay of the sharpness of the selected mustard seeds, the acidity of the apple must and the white wine, as well as the sweetness of the sugar added to round it off. Only selected mustard seeds – from self-initiated cultivation in the Weinviertel and Apulia – are used to produce this mustard.
