Attempts to combine mustard with fruit are well known. But not in this way: with dried plums, fine red wine from Zweigeltrebe, red wine vinegar, 10-year-old apple balsamic vinegar from Gölles, forest honey, cane sugar and a fine combination of spices, we have achieved something very special with this mustard. Recommended with game, strong Vorarlberg mountain cheese and pâtés.
