A very light honey that begins to crystallize after just a few days and thus becomes almost white in color.
The yellow fields exert a strong attraction on the bees in early summer, who then ignore almost everything else and only swarm towards the rape.

This honey has a distinctly sweet, flowery-mild taste and is a real treat in tea or on bread and butter!
