This fine, neutral-sweet honey comes from the local forests of Baden-Württemberg and is carefully processed and bottled by us.

Acacia honey
This liquid, light and clear honey, which tastes extremely mild, very sweet and almost tasteless, is collected by bees from the end of May to the beginning of June.
Due to its high fructose content, it stays liquid for a long time.

It is ideal for sweetening tea, desserts, in mueslis and of course for baking as a sugar substitute.
