Description:
A delicious Mediterranean orange jam made from peel and pulp. The white between the skin and the pulp was removed by hand, the whole thing was cooked in small pots and refined with cocoa.
Made with 85g. Fruits per 100g. Without any pectins, gelling agents or other additives.
