When it comes to quince jelly, we have drawn on the recipes of our grandparents on the one hand, but also brought in the needs of the gourmets of our time on the other. The quince jellies made from selected quinces from our own garden were obtained in a very gentle cooking process. This ensures the natural fruit flavors of the quince in the jelly.

The jelly tastes good on its own and as a companion to many good dishes. It starts with breakfast: it is a smart, lively start to the day on a breakfast roll.
