Vinification: Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels.

Aroma: Expressive aromas of ripe black fruits, black pepper and sweet spices, layered with notes of vanilla and fine French oak.
Palate: Full-bodied and silky, with excellent balance and structure. Ripe black fruit flavours dominate, supported by elegant spice and well-integrated oak. Long, smooth and persistent finish.
Food pairing: Ideal with roasted meats, lamb rack, spicy cuisine and richly flavoured dishes.
