					<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Vinification:</strong> Alcoholic fermentation was completed in steel tank at controlled temperature, with frequent pump-over. Maceration post fermentation in tank for 3 months. Matured in 2000 lt casks for 9 months.<br />
<strong>Tasting Notes:</strong> Intense ruby-red colour, ample bouquet with scents of spices and notes of cloves and sour cherry. The mouthfeel recalls the “marasca” cherry under spirit with notes of pepper. Tannins are very elegant and balanced .<br />
<strong>Food pairing:</strong> Pairs well with grilled meats such as chicken, pork and beef. Try with eggplant parmigiana or mushroom risotto.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Vinification:</strong> Fermented in open top containers, with frequent punching down. After fermentation the wine remained in maceration with the skins for 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation took place in wood. Aged for 10 months in 500 lt barrels.<br />
<strong>Tasting Notes:</strong> Dark ruby colour. Rich and elegant, with notes of ripe raspberry and plum on the nose. Fruit aromas on the palate like cherry and mulberry, along with notes of herbs. Spicy and delicate tannin on the aftertaste.<br />
<strong>Food pairing:</strong> Pair with aged cheeses, grilled and roasted meats, wild mushrooms and game dishes.</p>

<strong>Tasting Notes:</strong> The colour is straw-yellow with golden and greenish reflexes; on the nose it recalls white flowers, with light and fragrant notes of yeast and hazelnut. Flavour is silky and velvety, fresh and soft, with a remarkable structure and power.<br />

<strong>Food pairing:</strong> Braai, grilled and braised meat are the excellent pairing with this rich wine. Pulled pork and sausages marry perfectly with the spicy note of Petite Sirah.</p>
