Vallée Noire is matured entirely in Oloroso Sherry casks. This whisky is therefore characterised by spicy notes and candied fruit that enhance the fruitiness.
This whisky is made from French barley and aged in the Prulho cellars. This whisky is not chill-filtered and retains its natural colour.

Color : Amber.
Aroma : Intense and elegant. Luscious vanilla and citrus notes enhanced by a touch of dried fruit and a hint of menthol.
Flavor : Balanced and round. Notes of crème brûlée, prunes and grilled almonds. Warm finish. Slight vanilla, sherry and spice notes.
