Vallée Noire is matured entirely in Oloroso Sherry casks. This whisky is therefore characterised by spicy notes and candied fruit that enhance the fruitiness.
This whisky is made from French barley and aged in the Prulho cellars. This whisky is not chill-filtered and retains its natural colour.

Distilled from the purest barley malt in traditional stills, matured for 4 years in selected wooden barrels that previously contained wines from Alde Gott and then brought to a pleasant drinking strength of 48.2 percent by volume with the particularly soft brewing water of the brewery.

Like all whiskeys from the Kurayoshi distillery, this one is also "non chill-filtered". This ensures that the consumer gets the full and unadulterated whiskey taste.
Bouquet: Nice bouquet with sweetness and smokiness.
Palate: This whiskey is very pleasant, soft and soft on the palate with notes of caramel and vanilla. The finish is also pleasantly soft.

This Blair Athol single malt whiskey was distilled in March 2011 in the distillery of the same name in the Scottish Central Highlands and bottled in 300 bottles in July 2019 at a cask strength of 59.2% vol. After a short fermentation with clear spices, the single malt gets a nutty basic aroma, which has been supplemented with a fruity malt character through the distillation. The aging in the barrels gives it pleasant notes of vanilla and light smoke. With its barrel strength of 59.2% vol. it is wonderfully suited to experience a sensory play of aromas and taste development by diluting it with water. Aroma: cream and caramel candy, panicles of currants, subtle iodine, a little smoke. On the palate you will find spicy notes of liquorice, notes of meat juice, light peat aromas and wood. This whiskey stays on the palate for a long time.

Typical of Glengoyne's single malts are fruity aromas of apples and pears. Nutty flavors are also typical in Glengoyne's single malts. Like other Glengoyne whiskeys, this single cask whiskey from the MCCRAE’S series is characterized by its light, delicate character. The refill barrel is recognizable with light oak notes and corn, as well as aromas of pears, green apples and a nutty malt character. The taste is characterized by malt and tart fruit sweetness. It ends in a short, soft finish with notes of bitter bitter almonds. This means that no peat is used when malting the barley. Another special feature is the storage location of the barrels - the warehouse is across the street from the distillery. This is where Lowland begins. The distillery itself is in the extreme south-west of the Highlands (just across the street) and therefore Glengoyne is a Highland whiskey.
