A rare release of very old rum from Martinique’s producer Clement. Presented in a very elegant crystal decanter, this is a blend of rum that has been aged for up to 30 years. Only 500 of these bottles were released. Each bottle is individually numbered.
This superb rhum agricole has complex aromas of spices, dried fruits and wood.

Production / Facts: This Rhum first matures for a few years in new Limousin oak barrels and then for another 5 years in Bourbon barrels in the historic cellar of Habitation Clément. The double-aging gives it the impressive elegance and complexity of the aromas.
Bouquet: On the nose, sweet aromas of brown sugar, dried fruits, dates, prunes and pastries.
Palate: Very soft and supple on the palate, the aromas of the bouquet are also clear here, as well as oak. A long finish with gingerbread and mocha.

Production / Facts: This Rhum Agricole matured for at least 21 months in selected barrels with an intense, naturally sweet aroma under the watchful eye of the cellar master.
Bouquet: The bouquet is very mild, with hints of yellow fruits and vanilla.
Palate: A rum with a balanced, mild aroma that seduces with fine vanilla notes. Select Barrel is characterized by the unmistakable, uniquely gentle finale.
