Aroma: The aromas of honey and hazelnuts are intense.
Taste: There is even a subtle note of Cognac there.
Ideal with: It can be enjoyed as an aperitif on toast of semi-cooked foie gras or with an apricot crumble and a square of dark chocolate.
Winemaking: Pineau des Charentes is a liqueur wine. The musts of the white grapes are mutated with Cognac d'Oléron. The best reserves, aged for more than 7 years in wood, are then selected and assembled to produce this Pineau.

Ideal with: This Pineau is best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif with local charcuterie, a melon and ham clafoutis. To be discovered with a spicy, salty-sweet Asian dish or even for dessert with a cup of strawberries with sugar, a chocolate praline.
Winemaking: The black grape must is mutated with our Cognac d'Oléron. It is then aged in wood for 18 months.
Maturation: The aging period is 18 months minimum.
Colour: Pineau Rouge is adorned with a ruby red color with copper highlights.
